The Musical Director

Craig Mann is a graduate of the Royal Northern College of Music, where he studied Tuba, but his first foray into music came at the age of six, when he started piano lessons.  He took up brass aged ten, and has been a member of a number of local bands, including Tyldesley, Wingates, Marsden and Faireys.

Craig took up conducting aged sixteen, and has been Musical Director of Ellenbrook & Boothstown, Stretford and Bolton (Hoover) Brass Bands, as well as his own fifteen-piece ensemble, Integra Brass.

​

Craig is currently a teacher of piano at Cheadle Hulme School, where he is also Musical Director of the school's Musical Theatre productions. Craig is also the Musical Director of Bolton Junior & Youth Brass Bands at Bolton Music Service.

Craig met his wife Charlotte through brass banding, and they have two children, Poppy and Oliver.
